We get it. Everybody's timetable is not the same - so we have a variety of ways for you to fit your training into your life - not your life into your training!

Capped at 12, this is coaching in a motivating group.
This class is designed so you don't get lost in the crowd and are still able to.get the best results from your training

With 4 per session, you are able to reap the benefits of your training in a more personalised, fully coached session.
These sessions are designed for those who need tor want that extra attention - you may have never lifted before, or have injuries that need special consideration, like training in a smaller crowd or be training for a specific purpose.

This full-body class is built around the 7 essential movement patterns your body is designed for — squatting, hinging, pushing, pulling, carrying, rotating, and crawling.

This class makes you strong for life while helping you maintain a healthy body composition..

Endurance - 45-50mins
Our signature conditioning class designed to build both strength and stamina.
Endurance combines functional lifts and carries with sustained cardio-style intervals, challenging your body in ways that build lasting fitness.
It’s the kind of training that helps you go further, stay stronger, and feel capable for whatever life throws your way.

Metabolic 30-40mins
This high-energy session blends strength and cardio for a powerful, full-body workout.
You’ll move through functional exercises designed to raise your heart rate, burn energy, and build stamina.
It’s fast-paced but scalable, leaving you fitter, stronger, and walking out the door with more energy than when you came in!

Over 70's - 30mins
A supportive program designed specifically for women over 70 to build strength, improve balance, and maintain independence.
Each week includes two functional strength sessions, a gentle cardio workout, and a Relax & Recover class.
This balanced mix helps keep bones strong, energy levels up, and daily movement easier — all in a safe, welcoming environment.

Mobility - 30mins
This gentle start to your work day blend gentle mobility drills and myofascial release to unlock stiff joints and ease tight muscles.
These sessions help you move more freely, reduce everyday aches, and improve recovery so you feel better not just in workouts, but all day long.

H.I.I.T - 30mins
A short, sharp workout designed to get maximum results in minimal time.
HIIT uses high-intensity intervals of functional bodyweight plyometric and strength movements to fire up your metabolism, improve cardiovascular fitness, and leave you feeling energised.
Every workout is tough but doable, and always worth it.

Yin Yoga - 55-60mins
A slower, restorative practice that targets the body’s deeper tissues with long, gentle holds.
Yin helps to ease stiffness, improve flexibility, and calm the mind, making it the perfect balance to your strength and metabolic training.
You’ll leave class feeling relaxed, recharged, and ready to move easily.

Relax & Rcvr - 55-60mins
A restorative blend of gentle yoga, myofascial release, breathwork, and stretching.
This class is designed to help you unwind, reduce stress, and restore balance.
Perfect on its own or as the recovery piece of your training week, you’ll walk out feeling lighter, calmer, and more at ease in your body.

Unlike most gyms, we aren't here to make you committ to 12 month terms. We do set a minimum term of 12 weeks, with 30 days from next payment date to cancel.

Absolutely! My program is designed specifically for women to reset their metabolism, boost energy, and promote sustainable fat loss—without extreme dieting or exhausting workouts.
Most definitely. You can still actively participate as we offer hybrid options for all our group memberships or programs. You have the option of physically attending the class on line via Zoom or you can choose to do your workout in your own time by picking up your program online.
That's perfectly fine. We have our Guided Gym membership - which offers hybrid delivery. This means you can book into the gym during business ours and grab a headset and tablet and follow your workout. This allows you to come in and follow our progressive, guided workouts with a trainer nearby at any time that we have scheduled for guided workouts (basically outside of gym classes). This program also allows you to follow your workouts outside the gym in your own time.
It depends on how we structure your training roadmap to fit your lifestyle.
We are all busy so I get it. If you are attending the gym, we are working out for 40-45 minutes for our strength sessions, 30 minutes for cardio conditioning sessions and mobility, and our relaxation sessions. If you can't make a physical session but you have time during your day, you can pop in for a Guided Gym Session. You also have access to workouts you can do from home in the event that you can't physically attend a class on your schedule.
We also teach you about N.E.A.T which is about incorporating ways of moving more into your day which will help you with your health and your fitness.
That is fine. We have your back. We start where we startyou need to start. Not one of our clients has started at the same level as somebody else. For the most part, many have to build their foundational fitness first. So you will be fine. Remember, our space is a non-judgement zone, it has a supportive community and trainers and we will help you build your strength and fitness. In any one class we could have somebody who has extensive exercise experience and is working at their capacity, somebody who has had an injury and is training at their capacity and level, and people who may not have as much exercise experience. This is why we have small classes so that we can give everybody the attention they need and help them build
We always recommend getting a doctors clearance before training. With that being said, once you have a doctors clearance, you will be able to participate. We have many members who have had limitations due to injury or surgery. We will support you to exercise and we offer modifications to make sure we are taking the maximum care we can to ensure that we minimise the risk of injury.
We are a women's health studio. Our programs are made to meet women of all ages. We have undergone training in many different aspects of woment's health including pre and post natal, peri and post menopause etc. So you are welcome to come in and see if we are for you.
Once you join, you’ll receive a private login to the client portal, where you can access workouts, meal plans, and progress tracking tools and our online community. You’ll also be able to message me directly and participate in daily check-ins for accountability and support. You can access your portal from your phone, tablet or computer.
