When I started at Just Move It, I wasn't looking for the traditional Gym. I was looking for something that was different, a place that
welcomed all levels of fitness, mobility limitations and age brackets, that encouraged accountability for improvement, but more importantly - be sustainable.
As my body was changing with time, I learned the importance of not just sustaining what I had, I needed to improve my strength, balance and flexibility so my body would support me through the changes it faced and to avoid injury wherever possible.
