Started with Jude just over a year ago, best thing I ever did. At 65yrs I am fitter than I have ever been, 65 yrs young not 65 yrs old. Training 4 days a week cardio and strength and stretch class and Yin Yoga on Saturday and listening to Jude talk about body mechanics, mobility and nutrition is inspiring. The Priority List is how we offer first access to new program openings, trials, and limited-space intakes before they’re released publicly.


It’s for women who are genuinely interested and want the option to start as soon as possible - without pressure.

[Question 2: Why do you use a Priority List?]

We intentionally keep our programs small so coaching stays personal.


That means we can’t open doors to everyone at once.

The Priority List allows us to:

- Offer spots fairly

- Give existing interest first access

- Avoid rushed decisions or overbooked groups

[Question 3: What happens after I join?]

Once you’re on the list:

- You’ll be notified first when spots open

- You’ll receive details before we post publicly

- You’ll have time to decide if it’s the right fit - no obligation
